A UQ postgraduate student is facing extradition to the US after allegedly exporting banned equipment to the Iranian Government.
The student is facing 6 charges in the States, which would see him spend at least twenty years behind bars.
He is expected to apply for bail in the Brisbane Magistrates Court today.
