Refugees stranded in Bosnia allege Croatian police brutality. The allegations include beatings, unwarranted strip-searches and theft.

The abuse takes place as refugees attempt  to enter Europe via Croatia - A country that heavily patrols its borders and turns back refugees. Some refugees are reported to have tried to cross into Croatia 20 times.

Bosnia has emerged as a new route to Western Europe. This year, 13,000 refugees have arrived in the country, compared with only 755 just last year.
