Once again this is a chance for attendees to enjoy two days of extensive animal care related topics delivered by national and international speakers who are the experts in their field.

Not only will this informative and unique event maintain its high quality presentations on sheltering and rescuing domestic pets and all things animal welfare, but it now includes important topics related to welfare and conservation and commercial farming practices. This year the theme is how innovations are being used to benefit the welfare of animals.

Obviously we would love some pre publicity so I’ve listed five of the speakers below whose topics I thought would interest your readers and listeners. Please email or give me a call and I can pass on their contact details.

Assoc. Prof Felipe Gonzalez who uses drones in wildlife monitoring and conservation.

Ms Jan Allen talking about how land clearing is leading to removal of dwellings for animals

Dr Karmele Sanchez talking about the orangutans of Indonesia

Prof Darryl Jones talking about bird feeding and its ramifications.

Prof Ricardo Megalhaes talking about dog bites in Australia and China
