A US Attorney has heard the third allegation of sexual misconduct against Supreme Court Nominee Brett Kavanaugh, and it’s expected she will testify at a Senate Hearing.
Since his nomination in July, Kavanaugh has faced accusations of sexual assault, including allegedly exposing himself at a party and a sexual attack against a 15 year old.
US Attorney Michael Avenatti said the third victim’s information is credible, and is demanding the opportunity to present testimony to the Senate Committee on Kavanaugh’s appointment.
