Four men linked to a white supremacist group were charged this week in connection with the far-right rally in Charlottesville, Virginia.
The men were charged with riot act violations as they travelled from California to incite a riot and bring violence to the rally in August last year.
Each men faces ten years imprisonment if found guilty and the trial is expected to start at the end of this year.
