An Al Jazeera investigation reveals unreported corruption in the Baltimore police that has gone unreported for 10 years.

A corrupt unit of plain clothes police officers in Baltimore managed to get away with stealing and impunity for over a decade before being revealed.

In the years since the Baltimore protests erupted and showed the fault line between Baltimore police and its community an investigation into police corruption has been launched, after it emerged that an elite plain clothes unit doubled as a crime syndicate.

They got away with robbery, planting evidence and sending innocent people to jail.
