The USA has announced that they are withdrawing from a 1955 treaty with Iran.
This has come only hours after the United Nations advised the US the ease sanctions against Tehran.
Secretary of State Mike Pompeo says that this is happening 39 years too late, referring to the date of the 1979 Islamic Revolution.
The UN court ordered the US to lift sanctions linked to humanitarian goods and civil aviation.
