More than 1 000 people gathered outside the Opera House last night to protest the Everest horse race draw numbers being projected onto the sails of the building.
Protestors shone torches and phone lights onto the Opera House to disrupt the illumination and were able to obscure the numbers of the race horses on display.
It comes after days of national backlash to gambling advertising being projected onto the national landmark.
