Indian foreign minister MJ Akbar has filed a defamation suit against a journalist accusing him of sexual harassment.
Journalist Priya Ramani is one of ten women accusing Akbar of sexual assault and said she is ‘deeply disappointed’ by the action.
Akbar’s lawsuit comes amidst widespread protests for his resignation.
