NSW university student, Mohamed Kamer Nizamdeen, who spent four weeks in solitary confinement after being falsely accused of terror offences, has been cleared of all charges.
Mr Nizamdeen says the police investigation into his case was embarrassing and biased, claiming police only arrested him as he is Asian.
Police have dropped the charges against Mr Nizamdeem but refuse to apologise as the investigation is ongoing.
