Queensland's new container recycling scheme has been operating for less than two weeks, but residents are already facing problems.
The reports show a drop-off location in Newstead being difficult to find and containers only being accepted in clear plastic bags.
Queensland Environmental Minister Leeanne Enoch says that more than $1 million has gone back to Queenslanders and charities, and figures are expected to grow.
