Electronic tracking devices will be outfitted on all peodaphiles, rapists and other serious sex offenders on parole in NSW.
Corrective services minister, David Elliot, said any serious sex offenders will have their movements very closely monitored by NSW intelligence branches.
It is understood there is currently 64 monitored sex offenders in NSW but the number is set to increase to 493 under the charges.
