A CityCat crashed into an Inner-Brisbane passenger wharf on Monday morning, in at least the second crash this month. Two people were taken into hospital after the CityCat allegedly ploughed into the Sydney Street Wharf at New Farm.
This follows another incident on January 4th when a CityCat crashed into a pontoon at the Riverside Centre on Eagle Street.
Both incidents were caused by mechanical failures and operational issues. Questions are now being raised regarding the safety of CityCats by the Brisbane Community.
