Almost half of the crowd left in the dark after a power outage at last weeks Big Bash match at the Gabba, have not been able to claim their promised complimentary Test tickets.
Only 14 000 tickets to the Gabba Test match starting on Thursday, have been released by Cricket Australia, well short of the 26 000 spectators at Thursday’s Brisbane Heat game.
Those who did not receive an email containing the free tickets are being urged to contact Queensland Cricket, who say it is simply a communication issue.
