The Singaporean Ministry of Health reported Monday that American fraudster, Mikhy K Farrera Brochez, has leaked the HIV-positive status of over 14,000 people.

The records belonged to 5,400 Singaporeans diagnosed with HIV up to January 2013 and 8,800 foreigners, including work and visit pass holders, diagnosed with the disease up to December 2011.

The leaked information included their name, identification number, contact details such as phone and address and HIV test results and related medical information.
