French newspaper Liberation has uncovered a private Facebook group where French journalists would harass women.
The group, called the “LOL League”, is accused of organising targeted hate campaigns against female public figures on social media.
Several prominent French journalists, including the editor-in-chief of Slate Magazine’s French desk, have been outed as members of the group.
