A boy and a woman are recovering in Sunshine Coast University Hospital after being attacked by a dingo on Fraser Island.
The nine-year-old boy suffered bite wounds to his legs, with the woman, 24, suffering bites to her legs and arms.
The attack is the second dingo attack on Fraser Island in recent weeks, following the mauling of a child on the island only five weeks ago.
