Passengers who travelled on an Emirates international flight to Brisbane last month have been warned of measles after a person on the plane was deemed infectious.

A second measles warning has now been issued after an infected person visited popular Brisbane locations including the Cleveland Farmers Markets, Wellington Point Park and Capalaba Central Woolworths.

Metro South Public Health Unit physician Dr Kari Jarvinen said people who have visited the noted locations will need to be aware of symptoms and people who are unsure or have concerns about their immunity to measles should contact their doctor.
