Senior QLD surgeon William Braun has been suspended following reports of misconduct including sexual harassment, bullying, and incompetence.
LNP health spokeswoman, Ros Bates, listed several allegations against Dr Braun, speaking under parliamentary privilege, noting two doctors on the review of Dr Jayant Patel’s saga said Dr Braun was “potentially worse than Patel” himself.
Patel, nicknamed Dr Death, was the subject of a legal saga for eight years after his misconduct was linked to deaths of patients at Bundaberg Hospital.
