Australian distilleries are challenging the London gin industry in an effort to have the best.
Local distilleries in Australia have been experimenting with their gin, creating unique blends with ingredients such as seaweed, native flowers and cheese whey.
Stuart Gregor from the Australian Distillers Association said, "in 20 years Australia may flip the whole industry on its head and could actually be the world leaders in gin production.”
