A new survey released today, the first day of Testicular Cancer Awareness Month, shows that young Australian men are underestimating their risk of testicular cancer.

Studies show 60 percent of men in the age group most at risk - 18 to 34 years old - don’t actually know they’re in the age group most at risk, nor do they know how to conduct a self-examination.

Movember Foundation spokesperson Sam Gledhill said it's critical for men to know what’s going on ‘down there’ and they should speak to their doctor should they have any concerns.
