The UK has instated its first black, female Muslim, hijab-wearing referee.
JJ Roble’s family fled Somalia in 2004, and ended up living in the shadow of Wembley Stadium.
Following her historic induction, JJ aims to inspire more women into playing soccer, and to get the England ladies to the top of their game.
