Following Australia’s lead, The UK government has unveiled new internet laws to increase safety in the online world.
The Departments for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport are joining with the Home Office to propose strict laws to organise “world first” safety. The new initiative will call for companies and individuals to increase their responsibility online.
Consultations for this will continue for 12 weeks before the government publishes the proposals for legislation.
