US actress Felicity Huffman says she intends to plead guilty to charges accusing her of participating in a cheating scam for elite US universities.
It is alleged that the equivalent of $21,000AUD was paid in 2017 to have her daughter’s exam questions corrected by William “Rick” Singer - the confessed mastermind behind the scam.
14 people of the 50 charged will plead guilty to charges including conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud.
