New ‘zero-tolerance’ drink-driving laws will come into effect today in New South Wales.
Transport and Roads Minister, Andrew Constance, announced the new laws earlier this month apart of the ‘Road Safety Plan’ which aims to reduce road fatalities by at least 30% by 2021.
The new penalties will immediately suspend the licenses of anyone caught over the alcohol limit.
