A former Ethiopian jail boss who allegedly tortured inmates repeatedly has been arrested.
The ex-head of Jail Ogaden, Hassan Ismail Ib-RAH-HIM was found hiding in a nearby town after a tip off to authorities.
Former inmates told the Human Rights Watch that they saw people die in their cells due to the extent of the torture.
The new President of the Somali Region in Ethiopia announced he will find those responsible for the torture.
