Onlookers were forced to flee after a cruise ship lost control, smashing into a wharf and hitting a tourist boat, while docking in Venice.
Videos posted to social media show bystanders running from the scene as the ship’s horn behind them.
The collision happened around Sunday morning on the Giudecca Canal, a major intersection that leads to Saint Marks Square.
