Australia’s first magazine for South Asian women, Womanity, will be launched this weekend in Sydney.
Womanity it’s a start-up enterprise with a focus on women from India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bangladesh; and social issues like domestic violence and financial abuse.
Womanity’s editor-in-chief Ambika Sumbranian says she wants to raise awareness on the helplines and support systems for these women.
