The World Health Organization has estimated at least one million new Sexually Transmitted Infections occur every day.
The Main concern of the WHO is the lack of progress in stopping the spread of STI’s and the rise in drug resistance infections.
Doctor Peter Salama of the WHO says this is a wake-up call to ensure everyone, everywhere can access the services to prevent and treat these diseases.
