Recent data shows that Australia’s greenhouse gas emissions continue to rise by 0.8 per cent from the previous quarter.
The data for the December quarter was released by Energy and Emissions Reduction Minister, Angus Taylor yesterday, after missing the parliamentary deadline of last Friday.
Mr Taylor says that Australia can still meet its reduction targets, but Labor calls this a fantasy.
