Queensland farmers have spent thousands on water to keep their fruit and veggies alive in what they call the worst drought in living memory.
Stanthorpe farmer Tim Carnell told the ABC he has spent over eight hundred thousand dollars to cart in water each day since late last November.
Bundaberg farmer Anthony Rehbein says moving his entire ginger and watermelon crops to a greenhouse was his only option for minimising the drought impact.
