Landmark Agreement To Benefit Logan Ratepayers And Residents

Logan ratepayers and residents of Greater Flagstone and Yarrabilba will benefit from a landmark agreement between Logan City Council, the State Government and key developers.

Under the 45 year deal, Yarrabilba and Greater Flagstone Developers will contribute $1.2 billion to upgrade roads and deliver water wastewater, while the Council will fund $1.2 Billion towards infrastructure.

Logan City Council Interim Administrator Tamara O’Shea says the agreement provides the necessary funding for essential infrastructure required to service these emerging communities over the next 45 years.
