A Canadian woman has woken up alone and terrified on board an Air Canada plane a few hours after the flight had landed.
Tiffani Adams says she woke up in the freezing cold, still buckled to her seat and had barely managed to call her friend before her phone ran out of battery.
Ms Adams says Air Canada has apologised to her on multiple accounts, with the airline company officially launching investigations this week.
