Sarah Fabian, an American Immigration lawyer, has received backlash as video of her defending the Trump administrations about the lack of soap, toothbrushes and beds for detained migrants.
Mrs Fabian appeared before the United State Court of Appeals in San Francisco about how the American government is legally obligated to treat migrants children who are in custody.
Ms. Fabian replied, referring to the Customs and Border Protection agency said; it may be that for a shorter-term stay in Custom Border Patrol and in custody some of those things may not be required.”
