Power prices are going down around Australia as there is more competition in the energy sector according to the Australian Energy Market Commission.
As stated by the annual report from the AEMC, there has been an improvement on the energy markets in 2019 across the country except Tasmania.
The AEMC Chairman, John Pierce, says the report indicates a more engaged consumer market and the entry of global battery providers like Tesla present welcoming development.
