The Clem 7 tunnel is currently under lock down, as police negotiate with a man armed with a knife at the top of the tunnel.
Police were called about 6.50am on Wednesday and officers have also closed Shafston Avenue northbound in Kangaroo Point because of the standoff.
Drivers who planned to use these routes have been asked to find alternative routes from authorities .
