A Sydney man and his wife allegedly; had their Filipina nanny working for just for $2 for 106 hours a week and only giving her 2 days off in an entire year.
The Fair Work Ombudsman is pursuing the couple for more than $155,000 in unpaid wages under Australia's workplace laws.
The nanny was allegedly hired in the Philippines and lived with the man and his wife and their two children in the Sydney CBD.
