US President Donald Trump took to Twitter to defend Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh on Sunday, as a response to an inflammatory tweet made by the "New York Times" regarding another sexual misconduct allegation.

The President staunchly refuted the allegations by claiming that the emerging evidence was another dishonest attempt by "Radical Left Democrats" at launching Kavanaugh's impeachment.

The "New York Times" tweet commented on the fresh allegations made by a former classmate of Kavanaugh's at Yale who witnessed the misconduct that occurred at a dorm party in the 1980s and reported concerns to the FBI in 2018.

These concerns were not investigated in 2018, despite multiple sexual misconduct allegations making headlines and investigations during Kavanaugh's confirmation hearings last year.
