Bangladeshi asylum seeker, Mohammad Mohsin, has died after commiting suicide at Lakemba Moseque in New South Wales on Sunday.
Mr Mohsin, who had arrived in Australia by boat in 2013 to seek asylum, had become homeless and was in the process of appealing a Federal Court decision to reject his application for protection.
Refugee Action Coalition spokesperson Ian Rintough said that Mr Mohsin’s death is yet another tragedy that reveals the government's failed asylum process.
