According to the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), a subsidiary of CNN, this is the first time in a century.

Niagara Parks Commission on Friday in a videotape, an official Jim Hill said that although the barge has not been moved yet, it seems to have "sliding and rotating."
