Australian and International Scientists Take Part in Oceanographic Expedition in Bremer Bay

Australian and International scientists are taking part in an ongoing oceanographic expedition of the deep water of Bremer Canyon Marine Park which revealed the ‘gardens’ of deep-sea corals.

The aquatic paradise lies in the Indian Ocean off the southern coast of Western Australia and about 50 km south-east of the town of Bremer Bay and is well known as a biodiversity hotspot for marine species such as whales and dolphins.
