The Australian Federal Government will invest $14.78 million over the next 4 to 5 years to assist the dairy industry.

Part of the initiative will involve raising export awareness, reducing red tape and streamlining audit arrangements.

Minister for Agriculture, David Littleproud has stated that the government is “making it easier for the Australian Dairy Industry to make more money from export markets.’

In 2019, dairy exports were worth $3.2 billion, and the government would like to see that grow more.
