Teachers from across southern Queensland and northern NSW are being encouraged to step out of the classroom and into a paddock with a unique learning opportunity to learn from Australia’s most tech-savvy and progressive farmers.
The Teacher Farm Experience Program or TeacherFX allows teachers to learn about the latest agricultural technology and sustainable production.
The program is a joint initiative by Rabobank’s client councils and CQUniversity Australia, encouraging teachers to take their learnings back to their classes, especially into the STEM curriculum.
The two-day professional program is set to be held on March 30th and 31st.
