The Royal Academy of Music in London has raised over $84,000 for victims of the Australian bushfires, including affected wildlife.

The Australian Bushfire Benefit concert was hosted on the first of March this year.

The event was organised by two Australians living in London who connected with other Australians to pull together a choir, a full orchestra and almost 30 soloists.

Fundraising will continue until the end of March and all revenue will be donated through the Charities Aid Foundation to four organisations supporting wildlife and bushfire relief.
