NSW Labour MLA Shaoquett Moselmane says he is not a suspect in the espionage investigation after his Sydney home and office were raided by the AFP last week.
The raids come from an investigation into allegations that the MP's office had been infiltrated by a Chinese Government agent.
Mr Moselmane will be taking a leave of absence from parliament during the investigation.
