The federal court has denied a request by Virgin Australia’s bondholders Broad Peak Investment Advisors and Tor Investment Management into the specifics of the current winning bid for the airline.
Voluntary administrator Delottile and bid winning Bain Capital opposed the request as it would disrupt the current sale process.
