New South Wales Deputy Premier John Barilaro has called for the end of the permit system on the New South Wales – Victorian Border.
Mr. Barilaro has called the system “cumbersome” and “problematic” and wants a full review claiming that the crisis is easing in Victoria and case numbers are low in New South Wales.
The call comes on the back of Victoria’s lowest daily case update in weeks with two-hundred and sixteen new cases recorded yesterday.
