Hurricane Sally has caused flooding and cut power to half a million homes and business in Alabama and Florida overnight.
Sherriff David Morgan of Escambia County in Florida says entire communities are going to need to evacuate over the next several days.
Hurricane Sally is the eighth tropical storm to hit the United States this year.
