Yoshihide Suga has been chosen as the new Prime Minister of Japan.
Mr. Suga was made leader of Japan’s ruling Liberal Democratic Party on Monday, with a parliamentary vote yesterday making his appointment as Prime Minister official.
Mr. Suga’s predecessor Shinzo Abe, resigned earlier this month due to poor health.
