The Australian Electoral Commission have issued a notice of intention to deregister Clime Palmer’s United Australia Party.
While Federal authorities said there is a possibility to deregister the party, Queensland will not follow this up.
The Electoral Commission Queensland said there is currently no evidence to initiate this process six weeks out from the State’s Poll on October 31.
